Orders and Shipping
PRODUCT INFORMATION
For each product, images and a description containing relevant details are provided.
For further information about the product and its fit, customers can send an email to customerservice@frasette.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
Frasette.com reserves the right to refuse an order if it does not receive approval from the customer’s bank. Once an order for available products has been placed, no modifications can be made to it. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
Frasette.com reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped due to circumstances beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and sales, shipping may experience delays.
Frasette.com reserves the right to refuse to process an order and/or service at any time.
ORDER STATUS
By accessing the reserved area, in the Orders section, and clicking on each order, customers can view the assigned tracking number. Please enter this number directly on the courier’s website to monitor the progress of the order.
PROMO CODES
Customers who have received a PROMO CODE via newsletter, social media, or other promotional activities can enter the code during the order purchase or at checkout. Each code has a start and end validity date that limits its use and cannot be extended.
Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING METHODS
Frasette.com ships worldwide via DHL.
In compliance with current international trade laws, shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the purchased goods in the same currency as the original purchase. Additionally, the invoice states the value of each individual item purchased.
Available Goods
Orders for available goods, subject to item availability confirmation and bank transaction verification, are shipped the next business day after the order is received.
The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time of order processing.
For orders placed via bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier once the payment is confirmed and deposited in Frasette’s bank account.
Customers are informed that during promotions and sales, shipping delays may occur.
Please note that it is illegal to declare lower values on invoices than the actual amount paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS. Therefore, any customer requests related to these activities will not be accepted.
DELIVERY TIMES
Frasette.com processes orders in Lecce, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day after the order date or on the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Frasette.com ships worldwide via DHL. Frasette.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs controls, or other circumstances beyond its control.
- Delivery time for shipments within Italy: 2 business days
- Delivery time for shipments within the European Union: 3-5 business days
- Delivery time for shipments outside the European Union: 6-8 business days.
Shipping Costs
Below are the shipping costs for each geographical area.
Please note that if, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to DHL’s automatic return to the sender (Frasette.com) will be deducted from the refund due.

SHIPPING TRACKING
When the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive a DHL notification email with the tracking number (AWB) for their order.
To track the shipment’s progress, customers can visit DHL’s website and enter the AWB number provided in the email in the “Track Your Shipments” section.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
All shipments from Frasette.com are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer.
Once the shipment reaches its destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance.
PACKAGE DELIVERY
Upon delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect the package before signing for receipt.
All Frasette.com packages are sealed with Frasette-branded adhesive tape.
If the package has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, it should be resealed with an official security or control seal by the respective entity.
If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer should sign for the package with a reservation or refuse the delivery.
If there is evidence of package tampering, the customer must:
- File a claim with the local DHL office.
- Immediately contact Frasette.com at customerservice@frasette.com.
⚠️ Important: If the customer does not sign the package with a reservation, the delivery is considered automatically accepted, and no claims will be accepted.
FAILED DELIVERY
By placing an order, all customers establish a commercial agreement with Frasette.com and commit to accepting the delivery of their package.
If a package cannot be delivered to the customer’s address due to their lack of cooperation (e.g., incorrect/incomplete phone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Frasette.com in Italy at the customer’s expense.
The costs charged to the customer will include:
- Shipping costs
- Any applicable customs duties
These costs will be deducted from the refund due.
