Return Terms and Conditions

Customers are required to follow Frasette’s return policy, outlined below:

Items can be returned only for the following reasons: refund, size and/or color exchange.

The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, neatly packaged, with the return label still attached.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Bags must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (bags, accessories, etc.) received in the package. Bags and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which should not be damaged or altered, nor used as a shipping box.

In the case of faulty or incorrect merchandise due to an error made by Frasette.com, customers are asked to follow the instructions above. Customers should provide photographic evidence of the defect or error. In these cases, shipping costs and any customs duties will be covered by Frasette.com.

Returns must be shipped in the original packaging box used by Frasette.com, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The following return shipping costs are provided for the respective geographical areas:

• • Italy: €8

• • European Union: €20

• • United Kingdom: £20

• • Extra EU (rest of the world): €30

Authorized returns by Frasette must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally shipped.

Authorized returns must be sent with the courier specified by Frasette in the return instructions email. Frasette reserves the right to refuse returns if the customer ships with a courier other than the one specified and if the delivery incurs additional costs for Frasette or requires pickup from a courier branch.

Frasette reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or not sent in accordance with the return policy. In these cases, Frasette may return the package to the sender at the original shipping address. In case of accepting an unauthorized or non-compliant return, Frasette may withhold 10% of the value of the returned merchandise from the refund due.
